JUMPstart 

The goal
To expose and support new local talent – radio presenters, mixer and club djs, musicians, production staff, jounalists, news readers, comedians and more. 

On air 
Jump-FM’s evening output will take full advantage of the results of the JUMPstart initiative. We will integrate sessions, mixes and other elements into our programming strands, placing new local bands right next to the established material from within our format. There will be specials: we will encourage capsule documentaries, special programmes, masterclasses, live recordings, new and creative mix djs, and other initiatives. 

What’s in it for us? 
JUMPstart connects the station to what is new and exciting locally. It will uncover and develop the new broadcast talent and the hot new music in the West Midlands.
