UTV (www.u.tv) is quoted on the London Stock Exchange and is the ITV broadcaster for Northern Ireland. It produces award-winning news and current affairs programmes and has an impressive record of quality programming over many years since it was formed in 1959. UTV owns the Republic of Ireland’s most successful regional radio company, County Media in Cork, operating as Cork 96 FM (www.96fm.ie) and 103FM County Sound (www.103fm.ie).
